Presumpscot Construction was born out of real ownership experience. Ed and Kaili Moore started with the hands-on renovation of their first Portland multi-unit and grew that foundation into a 100+ unit property management portfolio built largely on value-add renovation projects. The result is a team that holds every project to the standard of an owner, because that’s what we would want.
Our goal is simple: deliver a high-quality product, keep our clients informed every step of the way, and make the entire process feel as effortless and stress-free as possible.

Brett Fermeglia
A longtime friend and now valued colleague, Brett joined the team in 2021 bringing a rare combination of technical skill and genuine care for the client experience. He got his start at Yestermorrow Design/Build School and honed his craft doing high-end tile work in Colorado. Now based in Maine, Brett oversees the full construction process from initial consultation to final walkthrough.
Ed Moore
Ed has been in the trenches of every renovation Presumpscot has undertaken, from that first multi-unit purchase to the portfolio they manage today. His hands-on approach and owner's mindset ensure that every project is approached with the same care and attention they bring to their own properties.
Kaili Moore
Kaili brings the perspective of a real estate broker and property management owner to every project. Starting with the hands-on renovation of their first Portland multi-unit, she and Ed grew Presumpscot Property Management into a 100+ unit portfolio built largely on value-add renovations.
